Family Recipe, Handmade with Care

Inspired by my family recipe, each cake is lovingly handmade using the finest, freshest, all-natural ingredients.  Our fruit are soaked in sherry and authentic Jamaican rum for depth of flavour and natural preservation.

No artificial preservatives.  No artificial colourings.  Just pure festive indulgence.

When stored in a cool place, your cake may last up to 9 months …  though it rarely lasts past Christmas!

Expect a delightfully moist, beautifully balanced cake that brings festive joy to every slice.

Presentation Options

Tinned Cakes (Australia-Wide Delivery)

These cakes are presented in the tins they are baked in.  They are ideal for personal use, gifting, and postage via Australia Post.

Boxed Cakes (Sydney Metropolitan Delivery Only)

Perfect for formal events and celebrations.  Cakes are placed on boards and decorated as discussed, then boxed for hand delivery.

Boxed cake prices vary depending on size and decoration.

• 0.5kg – 14.5cm square x 4cm deep or 13cm round x 6cm deep — $45
• 0.75kg – 12cm x 18cm rectangle x 5cm deep — $60
• 1kg – 16cm round x 7cm deep or 16cm square — $80
• 1.5kg – 19cm round x 7.5cm deep or 19cm square x 5.5cm deep — $110

Serving Suggestions

Serve the traditional Jamaican way with sorrel cordial,  or pair with cream,custard,  ice cream, wine or your favourite coffee.
