A Jamaican Christmas celebration simply isn’t complete without the iconic Jamaican Christmas cake. This beloved treat is not only a festive favourite served to guests but also a cherished gift exchanged among Jamaicans during the holiday season.
Inspired by our family recipe, each cake is hand-made with the finest, freshest, all-natural ingredients. Our fruit cakes are generously soaked in sherry and Jamaican rum for preservation, no artificial preservatives or colourings are ever used. While these cakes can last up to 9 months when stored in a cool place, they rarely last beyond Christmas!

Cakes are offered in 4 weight sizes:
0.5kg tins are (1) 14.5cm square by 4cm deep; or (2) 13cm diameter round by 6cm deep ($38).
0.75kg tins are (1) 12cm x 18cm rectangle by 5cm deep ($46.50).
1kg tins are (1) 16cm diameter round by 7cm deep; or (2) 16cm square ($60.75).
1.5kg tins are (1) 19cm diameter round by 7.5cm deep; or (2) 19cm square by 5.5cm deep ($90).
