Delivery and Shipping

Jamaican Products will not dispatch orders until payment is made in full and the funds are cleared.

Jamaican Products offers two types of delivery:

1. Home Delivery – for frozen Take & Bake items and limited to the Greater Sydney postcodes listed below.
2. Australia Post – delivery is by Australia Post and other national couriers, with the option to nominate regular or express postage. The postage charges include GST.

Additional items can be included with the Take & Bake order. Place Take & Bake order by midday Sunday for delivery the following Thursday.

There is a flat home delivery fee of $24.99, including GST.

Additional freight charges may be incurred for heavy / bulky packages. For packages exceeding 10 kg or bulky items customers will be contacted to confirm charges prior to dispatch of their order.

 

Please ensure all delivery details are correct. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required and an additional charge is incurred by Jamaican Products, you will be responsible for the payment of this charge.
